This charity event benefits Marked By Covid and the establishment of a National Covid Memorial created by the Covid-bereaved community that honors every person lost to Covid. Kristin Urquiza, co-founder of Marked By Covid, will share remarks and give an exclusive sneak peek of the interactive augmented reality tributes. Light refreshments will be served.

Marked By Covid is the national justice and remembrance movement led by Covid grievers. Kristin Urquiza is the nation’s leading disaster justice advocate. She spoke about losing her father at the 2020 Democratic National Convention and co-authored Lessons from the Covid War. This Generosity Gatherings is part of Marked By Covid's national United in their Honor Philanthropy Drive.

Anna lost her mother to Covid in 2020. What has helped to find some comfort for us is connecting with others impacted by Covid. Marked By Covid has been instrumental in helping us along our journey, and we are of the work that we’ve done together to help others share their stories and work for a permanent Covid Memorial and Covid Memorial Day.
