Colectivo Felix at La Balena
Since 2008, Chef Diego and Sanra Felix escape Argentina’s winter months, migrating with the Colectivo Felix concept to the north. Each summer, they visit several cities in the United States scheduling dinners in private homes, wine bars, and restaurants, constantly adapting to new environments to share their gastronomic artwork. Maintaining Colectivo Felix’s philosophy, the couple prepares local and indigenous ingredients of each region while using Latin American cooking techniques and recipes researched throughout their years traveling the continent.
$60/person plus tax & gratuity or $75/person with wine pairing.
Reception begins at 6:30 followed by a 3-course family style Pescetarian dinner.
